The best way to use our rollers is to start off with a clean clay tile, roll your polymer clay slab out to the desired depth (our depth guides may come in handy) and then start to roll. Apply even and consistent pressure with your hands starting at the bottom of the slab and rolling at a steady speed all the way to the top. If you press harder, you will achieve a more embossed effect.

PLA (polylactic acid) is an innovative new form of bio-based resin. Made from fermenting corn, extracting sugar molecules and binding with a biocompound, if the conditions are right (i.e. in your compost heap), these texture rollers will degrade almost completely after 45 days! Obvs, if you keep them indoors and don't get them overly wet you'll be able to use them for years to come.
